The Apartment & New Haircut

Here are some pictures of the apartment.

I only took a few cos first of all, I was super exhausted and people are busy carrying stuff into the apartment tak kan I still continue take pictures and don't help right? No la. Actually cos need to listen to Mr. Tan (the guy in charge of taking care of anything with the apartment) give a briefing about the rules of the apartment. Yes, got rules one. I will write about that in a while. For now, I'm going to let the pictures do most of the talking. My whole body is still aching from moving-to-the-apartment thingy.

I didn't manage to take pictures of the laundry room and toilets. I'll probably do that some other time when I can. :)

Now as I said earlier, this apartment has rules.

• Rule No. 1: Must keep the apartment clean and tidy.

• Rule No. 2: Must not be too noisy.

• Rule No. 3: Must not have scratches or any stains on the wall or any holes for that matter. (unless we really need to hang something on the wall, then can be considered but must inform the owner)
  

• Rule No. 4: No visitors after 11.00pm unless there is a special reason for staying over late.
  

• Rule No. 5: Gates will be closed at midnight. But if want to go back later, need to inform the guard.

• Rule No. 6: Try not to have any very obvious looking scratches on the floor.

Yeap. Those are the rules. >_< Hopefully we won't break any of them.

Okay well I think most of you might have already seen these pictures on facebook but oh well, I haven't really gave my opinion about it. So here goes..

I quite like this hairstyle/haircut actually. BUT that is ONLY when it is still straight and nice from the temporary rebonding that the hairdresser did for me. It doesn't look very nice now :(

P.S.: I think I wanna go do rebonding for my hair too. It looks not as good as the first time after I washed my hair. :( It's just a thought. Don't know if I really will do that.

P.P.S: Managed to meet Clare for about 10 minutes like that before I go back. yays!! It was pure coincidence. Didn't know she's going to The Spring too. lol.

Tomorrow's the day

I will be moving to The Apartment tomorrow.

Hopefully the place is done with the repairing, cleaning and etc.

Hopefully I won't be too busy or too "excited" about moving until I forget to take pictures before moving stuff into the apartment. :D

Hopefully I will remember to take pictures after I'm done with moving all the stuff into the apartment.

Oh it will be a tiring day tomorrow.

Que Sera Sera

I got my results today.

It was as expected. I didn't do as well as I did in the 1st semester cos at least for 1st semester I got a Distinction.

I'm kinda disappointed with my O & M grade though. I spent most of my time studying for it till i disregard my FIS. I end up with just a Pass for O & M. I guess it's expected seeing that I did last minute studying for it too.

I won't give more details on my results. If you wanna know then ask me personally.

Got to pull up my socks for the coming new semester. No more playing. I will be more serious in studying this time. That is what I vow to do. It's time that I should fully accept that this is the course I'm stuck with. Love it, Hate it. I must do better, no matter what.

No use regretting now. No use crying over spilled milk. It won't change what has happened. Que Sera Sera, everyone, Que Sera Sera...

I'm a changed person now. Or at least that is what I hope.

Tomorrow will be a better day. That is what I hope too.

P.S: Oh I would also like to advise those students who are taking Diploma, to email the Uni NOW if you want to get your results earlier. I emailed the uni as soon as I read the announcement on the Blackboard (with the excuse saying that I'm not in Kuching to collect the results). I guess that is why I'm among the first few who got their results already. :S

Annoyed!

Today I donated RM1 (yes, yes. I know it's not much but i'm giving how much I can donate that time.) to an elderly looking man. FYI, I'm not showing off that I donated ok. There's a reason why I'm writing about this. Read on and find out.

So, anyways... I was feeling nice that I did a little bit of Charity to an elderly person.

Next thing I know, the elderly man went into a coffee shop and bought a packet of CIGARETTE!! CIGARETTE!!?! what?! O__O O-kay. What is wrong with the whole picture here??? =__= Oh btw, just in case you're wondering, my RM1 didn't exactly contributed to that packet of Cigars that he bought. Cos some kind person gave him RM10.

It's a good thing that he's an elderly man. Cos otherwise, I would be super pissed already. I admit that I was pissed but, I was more towards feeling disappointed in him. =/ I know my RM1 isn't much but, come on, spend that whole RM11 on your medical bills or something. Instead of spending it on something that is life-threatening! Eg: Smoking. Actually, come to think of it, the elderly man don't look very ill, he just look so pitiful. He just had a couple of plasters sticked on his upper arm. I know, i know.. I don't know why I'm so gullible either. But I can't stand looking at people like that sometimes. They really look so pitiful. =(

Even so, why do I feel like I've been ripped off? Even though it's just RM1. Haih. Lesson learnt, the hard and hurtful way.

If you've known me well enough, I'm a true hater of cigarette smoke or any kind of smoke for that matter
( i loathe open burning too -_-)

So if you're a cigarette smoker, I would advise you to stay far away from me if you want to smoke k? *big smile*

*Alarmed Look*

I just realised something.

In 6 days (yes, 6 days. It's actually already 17 July now.), I will face my Final Exams Results ( It'll be out on 22 July). *gulps*

I'm thinking negatively about my results now. And I hate that. I want to feel confident about how I did in my exams but I can't. I simply can't.

What if i fail 2 modules?! I think... I will cry non-stop that day. Trust me, I will. And then I will proceed to hate myself even more and then let the feeling of regret eat me alive. Like it always does but I seem to never learn from it anyways so wth, maybe I should not regret. -_- Yeah right. No matter what, the feeling of regret will always, always appear. =(

I'm not looking forward to my FER. But I'm anxious to know it too. *sigh* Should not last minute. Gah! Waaaaahhh why I always procrastinate one??!? Especially in studies!! Bad, Amanda. BAD!

New Hairdo Mania

Ok, usually I don't camwhore one. Cos I'm not the type who camwhores. T_T I don't have enough self-esteem to camwhore lots.

But this time i have a good excuse and it's cos I'm on a mission to decide which hairstyle suits me. So I need opinions! Or ideas from you all too if you have any :D

Here are some pics the temporary straight hair that the hairdresser did for me 2 days ago. That time I just want to trim my hair a little. Then the hairdresser decided to straighten my hair a little. Haircut + temporary straight hair= RM5. lol, yes.. I know it's cheap.

Another hairstyle I'm considering is short hair. I never have short hair since year 2002! That's a really long time. So it's extremely hard for me to decide whether I should cut my hair short or not. I'm thinking of the 'rihanna-bob' kinda shortness.

Gilmore Girls

I finally finished watching the very last episode of the season finale of Gilmore Girls.


I've learned a lot from this series. From I-must-study-hard-if-i-wanna-be-like-Rory Gilmore! to life-is-tough to wow-time really flies-doesn't it?. I better enjoy my University life to the fullest cause when I graduate, it's bye-bye Student World and hello Working World. I'm not looking forward to being an Accountant as you can see =/ But I better not say more, I'm not even an Accountant yet and I must not think negative. "Must study hard, must study hard." *chants to self*

WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD! DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU'VE ALREADY WATCH SEASON 4 OF GILMORE GIRLS!

Rory is lucky in many ways. She get to study something that she truly has a passion for. She's going to be a journalist/reporter. :D That's... wow. I kinda envy her. She did get a bit lost for a while cos of something a stupid person said to her that she don't have IT to be a journalist. Well, it didn't matter what that person said cos in the end, she got right back on her feet and continued her pursue of achieving her dreams. :) I dare not say more in case any more spoilers comes out. I want to talk about the ending of the Season Finale( which is season 7 btw), but I don't want to be a spoiler and I know even though with that BIG warning sign above, one might accidentally scan the whole thing that I'm writting and 'accidentally' read the spoilers. LOL. I don't like spoilers and, so I don't want to be one. :)

I never thought that Gilmore Girls would be such a wonderful series. But it is. And I think you should all watch it if you've been given the chance to.

Growing up is part of life. No matter how tough it is, we all will grow up sometimes. The thought of it actually scares me a little, cos part of me don't want to grow up. That's probably because the more I grow up, there are a lot of things I have to think about (like my future etc), a lot more challenges appears and decisions gets tougher as I grow up. But we can't stop it; growing up I mean. We must learn to accept these challenges and face them. No matter how hard it is. *smirks* Easier said than done. But all it takes is just a little faith in yourselves to face those challenges. Sometimes it's better to accept those challenges rather than to frown at it, hate it, stab it with a knife etc.

Too lazy to think of a good title

The Holidays are making me lazy.

So far all I've been doing - eat, watch Gilmore Girls Season 6, online at facebook, play The Movies, read novels and online again. Perhaps that is why we go to University/work. Otherwise, we become so lazy. I'm actually beginning to miss Uni again. Annnnnddddd I will regret those words as soon as i step into my third semester. lol.

Anyways, I finally watched Transformers 1! =D It was great! I LOVED it! The special effects and the actors and actress did well. I think Shia LaBeof was more funny in the first movie than the second one.

I borrowed this book from Maureen. :D It's a great book by the late Sidney Sheldon. As usual, his books are full of suspense. I could not put the book down at all! I finished reading it in less than a day. Sidney Sheldon may have left this world, but he will never be forgotten. That's the amazing thing about being a writer. In a way, Sidney Sheldon still lives actually. He left a part of his soul in every little details that he wrote in his novels. (Those novels are hard work, seriously. ) One of the most imaginative writers all of time and he's definitely one of my favourite authors even though I don't mention him much. lol. I don't want to let out any spoilers so I won't say anything about the book except that it's worth it to buy. :)

Okay, back to the same circle of things to do during holidays. *sigh* bored.

I finally finish reading Breaking Dawn today!


After reading the final book of the Twilight Saga, I must say that I'm officially a fan of Twilight Saga. It's the best book among all four. :D Super Awesome! A must read!
