This has got to be one of my favourite songs ever. It's really hard to get bored with this song cos the beat is so catchy, the lyrics is so awesome and video clip is simple yet it says a lot.

Day 8

My so called dream wedding

Hello Day 7!

Do you know what? I'm starting to feel that this challenge will show a side of me that I've never shown before. and I'm not so sure I'm quite comfortable with that. =/I'm so tempted to skip this day one! argh! like seriously tempted to, which is why i delay this post. But this is a CHALLENGE! So I have to try to get through this challenge.

Ok let's begin. :)

Things I need for my dream (note: DREAM) wedding:

1. The ideal man.

2. Lots and lots of $$$

I shall admit it. Although I mentioned several/many times that there's no way I will get married, I do want to. ( you see! this is why I don't like this post. I have to be so honest and tell you my secret. Well, obviously not a secret now. :S ) but mind you, this will only happen if i find the right guy.

Honestly, I'm not very optimistic about marriage. I can only think of all sort of negative side of marriage, sigh. I don't know. Blame it only the society now, blame it on the guys who I always find hard to trust, or just blame myself for being so pessimistic about marriage. I think partly because I will think like this - guys change after marriage. They think they own you and you have to bow down to them. (note: I don't mean all guys ok? Just some of them.) Sigh. Seriously I think marriage is about mutual respect and trust. And then there's this ego thingy. yeap.

That said, I shall write this dream wedding of mine. :)

For me, the most important thing is to get married in a church.

And then the guests. All my family, friends and close relatives must come to my wedding. And I hope they will be happy on this day.

Also I hope to have my wedding dinner next to the beach. :) aww... what?? romantic and i'm sure it'll be quite memorable. *_* I also want my wedding to be fun for everyone. :D Are you all a fan of Glee? You should watch one episode where the song at the background is "Marry You". And especially LOVE the dancing part. *hint hint* Thus, I want my besties and sister to dance on my wedding day, wahahahahhaha! I'm evil but I'm sure you will feel it's fun :P

Hmm what next? My wedding dress? you know I'm thinking since I'm petite, I wonder what kind of dress will suit me. T___T Long dress is a no-no cos I will look so stubby and ugly. I wonder if anyone has ever got married in short dress before? hmm.. Food for thought, people? ;) So far all the weddings I've been to, the bride always wear long dress.

Not exactly the wedding dress I have in mind but it'll do at the moment. ;)

Ok that's all i'm going to write about my dream wedding hahahahhaa.. These points are important so the rest of it for... my wedding planner to plan. lol cos i'm not really a good planner. tee hee.

Day 6

I have all the pets I want already :)

I have a cat and five dogs. And I even rear fishes! lol. What other pets would I want?

What I want to do before I die

Okay, this is seriously a tough one.

I've already delayed this post for two days cos I've been busy shopping for CNY clothes and I kind of forgot about this tag thingy. hahahaha..

But I've made my decision.


I want to own a shop that looks like this and to sort of have room that's filled with all books that I love to read. :D

The first Dream Date

Well, this is quite a tough one. Because I'm shy like that :*) ahhahahaha. Okay so let's get on with it. I've got to warn you though, I'm quite a hopeless romantic so yea, be prepared! :)

It would start off with him asking me for a date of course. On his knees! Or better yet, write me a letter to propose that first date!

okay, okay I'm just kidding. :P Just a simple call would do. :)

And then he must arrive with a bunch of flowers in his hands. Aww... =)


And off we go..

He will bring me to a place which has a nice romantic ambience and NO smokers, please, thank you! And this is where I'll decide if he's a right guy/good guy. Conversation is very important. :)

Next we'll go for a walk in the park. (Note: Must make sure it's safe first. wth, why am i so paranoid). We'll walk hand in hand and then sit on the bench and admire the moon and the stars while we chat happily. (To be sure this happens the guy must make sure that night when we are going to go on that first date, he must be sure it's not a cloudy night. =P)



And then we will go watch a romantic comedy cos it's something I like and since it's something funny perhaps my dream date will like it too? lol.

Later on, he will say he have a suprise for me. :D And he'll take me to a place with awesome scenery and he'll present me with something he think I will like. This is important cos I want to know how much he knows me. (actually it is because I don't know what I want in particular so yea. XD). And then he will serenade me *_* Hey, singing must be good too okie? :P

Finally when we comes to the end of the date, he'll say good night and no, no kiss. :) I don't want that, thank you. And before he goes back, he'll pop a little letter (guess what kind of letter, lol) into my hand and I'll ask him to contact me when he gets back and when he's back he'll call me and we'll chat till late at night.

P.S: I'm not very creative I'm afraid. so all these are rather the cliche kind of first date but oh well.

Day 3

Must Watch Movies

I can't decide which movie I like best! T____T

These two movies - Just Like Heaven and The Holiday are equally great movies. Both have a different storyline. :)

Let me start with Just Like Heaven

This movie I watched quite a long time ago so I can't really remember the story. I think it has to do with the guy falling in love with the girl who's a ghost and so on. lol. I just know I loved it to bits and I think you have to watch it to believe how good exactly it is. :) So yea.. (I'm quite lazy to blog now and also lazy to refresh my memory. :P ) Oh and also cos these two are my top favourite actor and actress =P

Next will be The Holiday. Super sweet, super nice movie! :D


My favourite part of the movie is when Iris (Kate Winslet) fall in love with the Miles (Jack Black) who isn't exactly the perfect dream guy but it's his super charming personality that counts. Oh and he's a Soundtrack creater in the movie. Psst! do you believe me when I tell you I actually have a dream of creating soundtrack for movies after I watch this movie?! lol. I guess this one will remain a dream since I have no talent in music and the only talent I have is listening to music, pfft. Another reason I love this movie is because of it's Soundtrack. :)

Oh and Cameron Diaz and Jude Law are absolutely one of the most talented actress and actor. They both really have the chemistry :)

Okay I'm seriously too lazy to blog now so off I go! lol.

I'm done with Day 2. Now I should start thinking how to write the next one. :)

This is really hard for me because I can't decide which song is my all-time favourite!

First I thought of Fireflies by Owl City but then I realised I like the tune and the lyrics but I don't know what I can write about that.

Then I thought of Airplanes because I really love this song. The song is so catchy that I'm not even very bored of it yet.

With such inspirational quotes in the lyrics, what's not to like?

If you follow my blog long enough, you'll notice that I have a big problem with letting go of the past. Of wondering what will happen in my life if I make different decisions i.e. picking a different course to study.

This song teaches me that I should let go of what has already happened and not think about it. Instead, I should work hard for what is yet to come. Enough with the sense of regret. Cos I know that is the thing that cause me a lot of problem. I keep thinking of wanting to change the past and all that. The more I think about it, the more frustrated I become. So why bother right?

Hence this song has made quite an impact to me that I decide to make it my favourite song, even though I'm a tad bit bored with the music already. =P Nevertheless, awesome lyrics yea? =D

And I'm done with Day 1. lol. Yays!

7 Wonders of Amanda's World

I've finally found the time to do your tag, Mau! :D

Ok, actually i still have piles and piles of homework to do la, but it's okay! It's Sunday, so... =) I think I will have plenty of time to do my homework tomorrow. And I can't do my assignment yet cos I'm a bit stuck with it so I shall wait till I have the time to discuss it with my lecturer.

• My imagination is rather wild/weird. Oh so how wild can it be? ok, this example that I'm going to give isn't exactly the 'wildest' imagination yet. I hope this example will do. hehe.. I can be sitting in car waiting for my friends to come out from a mini-store when a man walks pass, and I imagine him smashing the car windows and attempts to rob us all in the car. T_T I have other imaginations but I can only remember this particular image vividly. I hope it won't happen in real life. *touch wood*

• I'm a very messy person. I tend to throw stuff around without realizing it. And then, when I realised it, the whole room would already be a complete mess. Haih, very bad habit, I know. I know I drive my roomie a.k.a. Bestie crazy sometimes all the time with my messiness. Sorry, babe! X(

• I can be rather defensive sometimes. The truth is I never knew I have this really bad habit of being over-defensive at times. It's my Uni friends who told me this. >_<>

• I am hot-tempered. No, no, don't be surprised. I really am. Ask my brother/sister or anyone in my family.

• I always talk a whole lot of rubbish/nonsense non-stop when I'm very tired. I'm serious! Sometimes, I honestly don't even know what am I saying. Just whole lots of junks. -__- Ask Pamela, Steph, Sally, Carol and Chai Yung. They can explain to you what or how I am like when I'm in that condition. It's like I'm drunk of something. Mabuk Sleep is the word I would call it. :S
  

• I am indecisive. I find it very hard to make decisions. Sometimes, even small decisions like picking the kind of food I want to eat from the menu is sooo... hard. Questions like, what if what I order will taste bad. Or argh! I should have picked the other food! Less spicy or it's tastier!
  

• I have very low self-esteem. I tend to be self-conscious of my appearance and especially how I walk. I hate it when people stare at me. I never like it and I don't think I will ever get used to it. If I'm in a bad mood, I would stare at them back in a fierce way. Sometimes I just ignore them.
  

Ok, I'm done. I hope you enjoy reading it cos I'm actually being honest about what the real me is like. I'm not proud of them and of cos I hope to get rid of the bad things about myself.

Ok, done. Bedtime now. I have a headache. *sigh* Here's an advice from me to those who think about studying accounting. If you never learn accounting before eg: in Form 4 & 5, Don't take accounting when you goto Uni. Unless you're a pro in Maths or absolutely confident or that you can do it or like accounting then just go ahead and take the course. Otherwise, just work extra hard from the 1st semester. Don't slack. Don't be lazy. Do lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots ( have i made myself clear?) of Accounting exercises at the beginning of the semester. Try not to hate Accounting. Try not to wish you can turn back time so that you could have chosen the right course for you. Try not to feel like hurling the Accounting Text Book out of the window. Try not to feel like slapping yourself for choosing the wrong course for yourself bla bla bla.. ok, this tag is slowly becoming like a 'rambling' post already. I better stop.
